How To Apply
Entry is free and simple. Just email your entry using the entry form. Your entry will be acknowledged and you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which is the basis on which entries will be judged.
Please complete and submit your application (entry form and questionnaire)
by Friday 1 February 2008. The winners will be announced in front
of an audience of 260 distinguished business people at a black tie
dinner on Saturday 12 April 2008 at the John Fretwell Sporting Complex,
Sookholme Road, Mansfield.
