Rules & Eligibility

1. Any organisation (including public sector, education, etc) that is a member of 2020, or in the case of a non-member is located within the Mansfield, Ashfield or Bolsover areas with local management autonomy may enter.

2. Sponsors are not eligible to enter their sponsored category.

3. There is a maximum of two entries per organisation/individual.

4. Entries must be received by Friday 1 February 2008.

5. Selection of finalists will take place in February 2008 and will be notified in March 2008.

6. Finalists may be required to make themselves available for interview and may be featured in video profiles with the footage screened during the presentation ceremony.

7. All finalists must agree to take part in publicity and to attend the Awards Presentation on Saturday 12 April 2008.

8. All entries that are short listed will automatically be considered for the overall Business of the Year Award.

9. The judge’s decision is final

10. A list of winners can be obtained after Monday 14 April 2008 via the 2020 website at www.mansfield2020.com

11. All entrants will be notified by email that their entry has been received.

12. All entries will be notified in writing as to whether they are a finalist or have been unsuccessful by the end of March 2008.
