Hours: Full Time Permanent

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Reports: Operations Director


Working alongside our team of mortgage advisors to provided extensive administration and technical support. You will be responsible for the complete end to end back office process for all mortgage and protection processing, sourcing and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

· Book advisor appointments for both new and existing clients

· Prepare for new client appointment pack for advisor appointments

· Prepare for client review appointment pack for advisor appointments

· Ensure all client reviews are booked in a timely manor

· Day to day management of advisor diaries

· Obtain and received advisor feedback in order to carry out relevant actions and tasks

· Gather and record client data on relevant systems

· Source mortgage and protection products and prepare comparison reports to advisor

· Generate and provide key facts and applications to advisors

· Process application from submission to completion

· Liaise with mortgage providers and solicitors to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner

· Management of advisor pipeline through to cash flow

· Scan and store client documentation

· Main point of contact for clients, providers and solicitors

· Deal with incoming and outgoing post

· Meet and greet clients visiting the office

· Develop existing processes to ensure time/cost effective

· Operate within compliance and corporate standards of business

· Report on key measures

· Undertake appropriate professional development and training

· Keep up to date with industry trends and changes

Skills, knowledge and experience

· CeMap qualified an advantage

· Previous mortgage processing experience

· Ability to take ownership and control of processes

· Ability to support Advisors of own initiative

· Ability to use technical mortgage planning tools and back office software

· Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspire confidence

· Articulate - able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form

· Solutions orientated

· Highly organised, methodical, analytical, disciplined

· Ability to train and support Mortgage Administrator
