Building on the success of last yearís event, NBV and partner organisations are again working together to organise the fifth Mansfield & Ashfield Biz eX.
2010 saw visitors arrive from across the East Midlands to attend the exhibition, taking advantage of the wealth of products, services and expertise available from exhibitors and attending the various workshops providing the latest techniques to help businesses start, survive and thrive. Building on this success 2011 will see even more opportunities for every shape, size and type of business.
The key note speaker this year is Saira Khan ñ star of ëThe Apprenticeí & founder of Miamoo ñ natural baby skincare products. Saira shot to fame in the first series of the Apprentice and has since taken the UKby storm.†She was a regular columnist for the second series as well as being snapped up by the Daily Mirror where she was given her own column ëSaira Sorts ití.
We also have two workshops, the first showing you how to make the most of your marketing and advertising and following this we have ëIs it for me?í
The ëIs it for me?í workshop gives an overview of what is involved in running a business, the various types of businesses that exist and what organisations are available to help start a business. It helps individuals to decide what they want from a business and whether starting their own business is right for them.
