Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence for Mansfield Manor Hotel

Mansfield’s premier hotel and wedding venue has once again received a top accolade from Tripadvisor.

The hotel, on the edge of the beautiful Carr Bank Park, in Mansfield, has been granted a Certificate of Excellence from the website, where guests can rate their stay and offer feedback.

According to Tripadvisor, the Certificate of Excellence “honours hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service. This designation is given to establishments that have consistently achieved great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year”.

Diane Doran, from the hotel, said: “We are proud to announce that for the second year running we have been awarded the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence.

“We pride ourselves on really listening to guest feedback, whatever it might be, to give our customers the best possible experience.

“We have had some wonderful feedback, and so we would like to say thank you to those people who have taken the time to write a review of Mansfield Manor Hotel. We are very proud of the team we have here, so thank you to our staff too.”

A recent message on the site said: “We had our wedding here. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough. The staff were absolutely fabulous, they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Everything was done to amazing high standards.
