Not only will it provide the opportunity to raise your organisation’s profile and support local businesses, but it is also an ideal occasion to entertain your clients.
The sponsorship package is available at £250 + VAT and includes:-
- Pre-event radio coverage on Mansfield 103.2
- Pre-event editorial coverage in the local media
- Exposure via the 2020 website and newsletter prior to the meeting
- Advertisement in the virtual directory
- Facility to erect a display stand in the foyer and/or meeting room
- Branding on screen during the meeting
- Announcements during the meeting
- Your logo displayed on the number card on each table
- Complimentary breakfast for up to 3 attendees
- A designated sponsor’s table (table 1) (if required)
- A meet and greet facility (provided by the sponsor)
- A sponsor’s prize draw (an gift/item provided by the sponsor) (optional)
- Exclusivity for literature to be placed within the meeting room
